Open offers for consultants
The fixed components in what is now our 17th year include our annual offerings of coaching and adviser training as well as supervision groups for consultant professionals. In our open programs, we also conduct topic-specific seminars for consultants.
Our master trainers have at least fifteen years of professional experience in their respective professions as well as many years of further training and experience as instructors.
The contents and concepts of systemic transactional analysis and other schools are based on the basic skills of the coach/consultant/manager as a coach:
Personal skills – Relationship skills – Change skills – Reflection skills – Method skills – Role skills – Leadership – System skills
The target group of our consultant trainings are consultants, personnel developers, in-house consultants, HRBP's and executives who are particularly interested in consulting approaches based on systemic transactional analysis.
Certification
Further training in our own consulting approach is certified by our Managing Partner Prof. Dr. Roehl. Our coaching further education is additionally certified by the German and European Society for Transactional Analysis e. V. (DGTA, EATA). Our ZRM® basic course is recognized by the Institute for Motivation and Self-Management (ISMZ) as part of the ZRM® training.
