Our approach
The contents and procedures in our consultant training are based on practicality. We teach transdisciplinarily, with a close connection between theory and practice. Our theoretical and methodological frames of reference in the personal sphere mainly involve concepts from systemic transactional analysis, systems theory, analytical psychology (C.G. Jung) and more recent concepts based on neurobiological research such as ZRM® (Zurich Resource Model) and, in the organizational area, all current concepts from our consulting firm.
In terms of learning theory, we recognize the existence of three basic human intelligences: cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence and body intelligence. This shapes our didactic and methodical approach in teaching with a coordinated combination of theory, self-awareness and innovative horse and theater-based embodiment work (see the descriptions in our business area, “We support executives”).
