Nicole Kruettgen has been advising individuals and organizations on development processes for 15 years. As a transaction analytical advisor and a systemic coach, she is an expert in the resource-oriented development of potential as a business management graduate and with many years of experience in leadership positions, she is well aware of the organizational requirements and the associated requirements of the professional roles. Her ability to harmonize both perspectives in the shaping of the further development distinguishes her.
Nicole Kruettgen studied Business Administration with a specialization in Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz, Germany. Over a period of 10 years, she held a number of leadership positions that had her primarily rebuilding business sectors all the while advising on client projects and developing necessary structures, especially with regard to team building.
As a senior advisor at a consulting firm, she advised mainly on the development of specialized departments at university clinics and consequently has in-depth knowledge of the design of complex structures with a high degree of inter-professional cooperation. Furthermore, she has designed a leadership development program and a series of training courses for key accounts.
The basis for her work as an advisor was provided by the training as a systemic coach at the Institute for Systemic Consultation in Wiesloch, Germany, as well as the training under Bertine Kessel as a transaction analytical consultant at the Institute Kessel und Kessel in Hanstedt, Germany. She has been working as a self-employed coach and organizational consultant since 2013.
